DentFlow Support
DentFlow is a procurement, materials request, purchase order, and inventory management app for clinics. This page provides support information for users, clinic administrators, and App Store review.
Account Help
- Use the app password reset option if you cannot sign in.
- Contact your clinic administrator to join the correct clinic or branch.
- Send your user code to the clinic owner when you need an invitation.
Privacy and Data
DentFlow is not a medical record, prescription, diagnosis, treatment, or patient management system.
Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion from the account deletion page. Some operational procurement, inventory, and audit records may be retained when required for clinic record integrity, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Response Time
We aim to review support requests within 1 to 3 business days. Urgent clinic access issues should also be sent to the clinic account owner or administrator so they can verify user permissions.
